All Court orders and notices will be ﬁled electronically. An order may be in the form of a Text-Only Order, which, together with the Notice of Electronic Filing, shall constitute the evidence of an order concerning the matter. Any order ﬁled electronically without the original signature of a Judge has the same force and effect as if the Judge had affixed the Judge’s signature to a paper copy of the order and the order had been entered on the docket in a conventional manner.
