Rule 5090-1 Judges B Visiting & Recalled Judge Assigned from Outside the District. Whenever a bankruptcy judge from outside the district is assigned a Puerto Rico bankruptcy case or proceeding, the documents will continue to be filed with the clerk=s office of the Puerto Rico Bankruptcy Court. Copies of documents will not be transmitted to the visiting judge unless specifically requested by the court.
