(a) Motions for Joint Administration. When a case is filed by or against a debtor that is related to another debtor with a pending case in the Bankruptcy Court, any party in interest may file a motion for joint administration in each case. All motions for joint administration will be assigned to the bankruptcy judge presiding over the first related case filed in this district, regardless of the division in which the later case is filed. (b) Joint Petition.

The filing of a joint petition shall be deemed an order directing joint administration for the purpose of Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1015, unless the court orders otherwise.
