Rule 7065-1 Injunctions Temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions may be sought as provisional remedies in a pending adversary proceeding, not in the bankruptcy case itself. An adversary complaint must already be on file or be filed at the same time that the request for a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction is made.
