R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1) - (3) as made applicable by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7026. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, the provisions of Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) as made applicable by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7026 do not apply in adversary proceedings or contested matters.
