Filing Format. (a) Filings shall be typed, double spaced, single-sided, on eight and one-half (8½) x eleven (11) inch paper, of standard weight, with a one (1) inch margin on all sides. Except in pro se cases, all submissions shall be typewritten using black ink and not less than 12 point font. All signatures, papers, exhibits and attachments must be clearly legible and marked.
Identification of Counsel in Pleadings. (b) The caption of every filing shall conform with Fed. R. Civ. P. 10(a) and contain an attorney information block consisting of the filing attorney’s name, bar number (if any), firm name (if any), address, telephone number, and email address. The attorney information block shall not be included on proposed orders submitted to the Court. 12 January 2022
