For the purpose of Loc. Pat. R. 5, in the case where there is no Claim Construction Proceeding, then any date herein which is otherwise measured from entry of the Court’s Claim Construction Order shall be measured instead from thirty (30) days from the date of service of materials under Loc. Pat.

R. 3, namely the “Final Non-Infringement Contentions” and “Final Responses to Invalidity Contentions.”
