(a) Application to Pay in Installments. An application to pay a filing fee in installments by an individual shall be filed contemporaneously with the petition and be accompanied by an initial installment payment as follows: (1) in Chapter 7, 12 and 13 cases, $50.00. (2) in any other case, $100.00. (b) Applications Filed Without Initial Installment Payment.

Any application to pay a filing fee in installments which is presented without the initial installment payment set forth in subsection (a) shall be denied.
