Any motion for an award of costs not governed by F.R.Civ.P. 54(d), such as a motion for a discretionary award of costs under 28 U.S.C. § 1919, shall be served and filed within fourteen (14) days after the entry of judgment or other final order, unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
