- FILING APPEARANCES OF ATTORNEYS An attorney representing a defendant in any criminal proceedings pending in this Court shall file an appearance which shall include the attorney's name, local address, city (including zip code) and local telephone number. A copy of the appearance shall be served on the United States Attorney. The appearance must be filed prior to or simultaneously with the initial Court appearance or the filing of any motion, brief or other document with this Court, whichever occurs first. This appearance shall constitute a representation to the Court that counsel so appearing shall represent the defendant until final disposition of the case in this Court.

No appearances may be withdrawn except by leave of Court. Effective January 1, 1998. - 22 -
