(a) Payment and Schedule of Fees. No act shall be performed by the Clerk for which a fee is required except on payment thereof. (b) Fee Deposit. Where services are required to be performed by the Clerk for which fees cannot be definitely fixed in advance, the Clerk may require a fee deposit in such amount as is deemed will be necessary to cover the anticipated expense.
