B-6006-1 Extensions of Time to Assume or Reject Executory Contracts (a) Motions for an extension of the time within which to assume or reject an executory contract shall be filed prior to the expiration of the date to be extended and served upon all parties to the contract, the United States trustee, any trustee, the debtor and debtor's counsel, any committee and/or the entities included on any list required by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1007(d). (b) At a minimum, the motion shall identify the contract for which an extension is being requested and the identity of all parties thereto and shall also state the cause for the requested extension, and the date to which the time is to be extended.
