(a) Filing. Exhibits must be filed electronically as set forth in the APM. (b) Admission of Evidence. Any exhibit that is admitted into evidence at a hearing or trial that has not been filed electronically prior to the hearing or trial must be filed electronically within 3 days after the hearing or trial.

(c) Unscannable Exhibits. If an exhibit cannot be electronically filed, the party seeking to admit the exhibit must seek leave of the Court to admit and file the exhibit in an alternate medium. 26
