The following categories of cases are exempt from the Fed.R.Civ.P. 16(b) Scheduling Order: (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) Actions for review of an administrative record; Habeas corpus petitions; Pro se actions brought by persons in federal, state or local custody; Actions to enforce or quash administrative summons or subpoena; Actions by the United States to recover benefit payments or to collect on student loans; Proceedings ancillary to proceedings in other courts; Actions to enforce arbitration awards; and Eminent domain and foreclosure actions.
