(a) Forms. Unless otherwise directed by the Court, parties must use the applicable State of Colorado Judicial Branch forms whenever a provisional remedy is sought or a judgment is enforced in accordance with state law as provided in Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7064 and 7069. (b) Discovery in Aid of Enforcement of Judgments. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, a judgment creditor may not use Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2004 to collect information for use in enforcing a judgment.
