EXCHANGE OF PROPOSED TERMS

(a) Not later than ninety (90) days after filing of the Joint Preliminary Report and Discovery Plan, each party must simultaneously exchange a list of claim terms, phrases, or clauses (including the qualifications of a person of ordinary skill in the art at the time of the invention(s) of the patent(s)-in-suit) which that party contends should be construed by the Court, and identify any claim element which that party contends should be governed by 35 U.S.C. § 112(6). (b) The parties shall thereafter meet and confer for the purposes of finalizing this list, narrowing or resolving differences. PR-12
