Each attorney admitted to practice in the Central District of Illinois and pro se party given leave of court to proceed electronically must register for electronic filing and obtain a password. If a user comes to believe that the security of an existing password has been compromised and that a threat to the System exists, the user must change his or her password immediately. Additionally, if an attorney’s or pro se party’s e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, or fax number changes after he or she registers for electronic filing, he or she must file notice of this change within 14 days and serve a copy of the notice on all other parties.
