(a) Consent to Receive Electronic Notice. A registered user consents to receive electronic notice – including notice of entry of an order or judgment under Bankruptcy Rule 9022 – and waives the right to receive notice by mail. (b) Consent to Receive Electronic Service. A registered user consents to receive electronic service – including service required by Bankruptcy Rule 7004(g) – and waives the right to receive personal service or service by mail.

But this consent does not constitute acceptance of service of a summons and complaint in lieu of service on the party represented.
