A. Exhibits that are not easily stored in a file folder (like posters, parts, or models) must be withdrawn within 7 days after the completion of the trial and reduced reproductions or photographs substituted. B. If there is no appeal, exhibits will be removed by the offering party within thirty days after disposition of the case. When there is an appeal, exhibits returned by the court of appeals will be removed by the offering party within 14 days after written notice from the clerk. Exhibits not removed will be disposed of by the clerk, and the expenses incurred will be taxed against the offering party.

Notices for removal shall have attached only the following documents: 1. All executed process in the case; 2. Pleadings asserting causes of action, e.g., petitions, counterclaims, cross actions, third-party actions, interventions and all answers to such pleadings; 3. All orders signed by the state judge; 4.
The docket sheet; 5. An index of matters being filed; and 6. A list of all counsel of record, including addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and parties represented. LR83.
