U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska
Parties may, by written agreement, extend the time to respond to discovery under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 33, 34, and 36, unless the extension would interfere with court-imposed deadlines, including discovery deadlines, motion deadlines, or trial dates.
