Every non-government organizational party or intervenor must file either a Corporate Disclosure Statement (disclosure statement) or a certificate that Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1 is not applicable (certificate of non-applicability). Information provided under this rule may be used by the assigned judge to determine whether recusal is necessary and to confirm jurisdiction is proper. The disclosure statement or certificate of non-applicability must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the party’s first filing or entry of appearance. 30 Effective October 6, 2025
