The parties shall disclose all exhibits to be used at trial other than those contemplated to be used solely for impeachment, as set forth in F.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(3)(A)(iii). The disclosures of exhibits shall be filed with the Court as provided in L.R. 16-6. Exhibits shall be marked in accordance with the procedures set forth in L.R. 26-3.
