(b) Time to File; No Fee for a Reopened Case - Automatic Extension of Time to File Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of a Debt in Event of Amendment. Unless the court orders otherwise, if the schedules are amended to add a creditor, and the amendment is filed and served either (i) less than 60 days prior to the expiration of the time set forth in Fed. R. Bankr. P. 4007 for the filing of a complaint to obtain a determination of the dischargeability of any debt, or (ii) at any time after such filing deadline, the deadline for the filing of a complaint with respect to a claim of such creditor shall be 60 days from the date of service of the amendment upon such creditor. Such circumstances shall be deemed to be “cause” for an extension and no motion to extend shall be necessary.
