A. Items Included.

A designation of items to be included in the record on appeal in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule 8009 shall describe the items to be included by docket number, filing date, and the title or a description of the item. Notwithstanding Bankruptcy Rule 8009, no copy of any Document identified in the designation of the items to be included in the record on appeal shall be attached to the designation filed with the Court, and no other documents, exhibits, attachments or any other paper shall be attached to the designation when filed. Any items designated by the parties to be included in the record should be submitted to the Clerk electronically.

B. Incomplete Record.

If any party fails to take action necessary to enable the Clerk to assemble and transmit the record, the Clerk will transmit an incomplete record. 48 RULE 8010-1 COMPLETION AND TRANSMISSION OF RECORD - APPEAL The court reporter’s endorsed request for a transcript and the court reporter’s request for extension of time pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 8010(a)(2), if any, shall be filed with the Clerk.
