a. Order Required for Deposit. A party desiring to deposit funds with the court pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 67(a) (“registry funds”) must file a motion requesting authority to do so, and must electronically attach to the motion, under the same docket entry as the motion, a proposed order granting the motion. Further instructions regarding deposit of funds can be found on the courts’ websites. 43
