(a) All money paid into court in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 67 will be invested in the Court Registry Investment System (CRIS). (b) Prior to release of any funds deposited with the court, the requesting party must obtain an order from the court directing that funds be disbursed and provide to the Court Clerk the address and taxpayer identification number of all recipients.
