(a) In General If a demand for jury trial is made in a pleading under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 38(b), the pleading should also include “Demand for Jury Trial” or the equivalent in the title. (b) Actions Removed from State Court In actions removed to this Court from state court, a demand for jury trial will be governed instead by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 81(c)(3). 42 District of Maine Local Rules
