(a) "Clerk" refers to the District Court Clerk for this District, a deputy clerk, or any of the Clerk's offices located in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Las Cruces. (b) "Court" or "Judge" refers to a United States District Judge or United States Magistrate Judge. (c) "day" refers to a calendar day. (d) "District" refers to the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

(e) "document" refers to a pleading, motion or paper. (f) "electronic transmission" includes, but is not limited to: facsimile, electronic mail, or other electronic data transmission. (g) "Federal Bar" refers to members of the bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. (h) "party" refers to a party or attorney representing the party.

(i) "pro se party" refers to a party appearing in an action without an attorney. 1
