Promptly after the receipt of the PSI Report, defense counsel must provide the PSI Report to the defendant for review and 12/1/2025 Chapter III - 7 LOCAL RULES – CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA must arrange for an interpreter, if necessary, to assist in the defendant’s review of the report.
