(a) Counsel are expected to cooperate with each other, consistent with the interests of their clients, in all phases of the discovery process and to be courteous in their dealings with each other, including in matters relating to scheduling and timing of various discovery procedures. Discovery requests shall be read reasonably in the recognition that the attorney (b) serving them generally does not have the information being sought and the attorney receiving them generally does have such information or can obtain it from the client. Comment: This rule is an adaptation of District Rule 26.4. -58- 7030-1 COUNSEL FEES ON TAKING DEPOSITIONS MORE THAN 100 MILES FROM THE COURTHOUSE District Rule 30.1 shall apply when a deposition upon oral examination is to be taken at a place more than one hundred (100) miles from the courthouse. Comment: This rule is an adaptation of District Rule 30.1.
