(a) Conversion to Chapter 7. Within 14 days after entry of an order converting a case under another chapter to a chapter 7 case, the debtor shall file a schedule of post-petition debts which arose subsequent to the filing of the petition but prior to the conversion to chapter 7. (b) Conversion to Chapter 13. Within 14 days after entry of an order converting a case under another chapter to a chapter 13 case, the debtor shall file (1) a schedule of post-petition debts which arose subsequent to the filing of the petition but prior to the conversion to chapter 13, and (2) a chapter 13 plan, as required by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3015(b).
