(a) A person may notice any motion, objection, application or other request for relief for hearing at the next regularly scheduled hearing date that complies with applicable notice requirements. All notices of hearing must include the date, time, and location of the hearing. The calendar of hearing dates for each division and judge is posted on the Court's Website. (b) Any objection or response to a matter noticed for hearing pursuant to this rule must be filed not less than 3 days before the scheduled hearing unless otherwise ordered by the Court.

(c) A person seeking to reduce any applicable notice period must clearly set out the request in the underlying motion, objection, application or other paper or in a separate motion. (d) If the Court orders a continuance during a hearing, the party who originally noticed the matter for hearing must renotice the hearing.
