(Amended January 18, 2017) Except as otherwise specified in these Local Rules or by order of the Court, Fed.R.Civ.P. 6 shall govern the computation of time limitations for purposes of computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Local Rules of this Court, any order of this Court, or any applicable statute. Any weekday on which the Clerk’s office is closed for the entire day shall be deemed a legal holiday for purposes of computing time under Fed.R.Civ.P. 6. 10
