Combined Plea and Sentence

In order to obtain a plea and sentence at the same time, it is the responsibility of the party seeking the combined proceeding to submit a motion and proposed order to the assigned judge. A judge may, but need not, accept an oral motion and may waive presentation of a proposed order. 45
