(a) In cases filed by an individual under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, the Clerk of Court shall administratively close the case after confirmation and upon the recommendation of the Bankruptcy Administrator that the case should be closed. (b) Upon application by the debtor with certification that all plan 4 payments have been made, the debtor may move to reopen the case and request entry of an Order of Discharge.
