32 | P a g e U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of Nevada The clerk maintains offices in Las Vegas for the Southern Division and in Reno for the Northern Division of the court. The offices are open for business from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. The clerk may institute administrative procedures for filing pleadings and papers. If necessary, the clerk may, on request, transact business at other times.
