P a g e | 41 RULE 5003-1. Withdrawal of Documents from Proofs of Claim. After a proof of claim has been filed, the Clerk may, without an order of the Court, permit the claimant to substitute a photocopy for any original note or other instrument in writing filed in support of such claim. The original, upon return, may be endorsed reflecting its attachment to a claim in a bankruptcy proceeding.
