X. DISTRICT COURTS AND CLERKS (a) Office Hours.

The clerk’s office will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. each day except Saturday, Sunday, and legal holidays. A representative from the clerk’s office will be available to consult with parties in trial from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day except Saturday, Sunday, and legal holidays. As used in this rule, “legal holiday” is defined in Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(a). (b) Telephone Hours.

The main telephone switchboard will be open between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the days that the clerk’s office is open. (c) Computer Access. Access to the court’s civil and criminal electronic docket, opinions, rules, and notices is available via the court’s web site (www.nhd.uscourts.gov).
