Pursuant to the provisions of Fed. R. Civ. P. 77(c)(2), the Clerk of Court or deputy clerk may enter the following orders and judgments without further direction by the Court, but the Clerk of Court’s action may be suspended, altered or rescinded by the Court for cause shown: (a) Consent orders for the substitution of attorneys; (b) Except as otherwise provided by law, all bonds, undertakings and stipulations of corporate sureties holding certificates of authority from the Secretary of the Treasury, whether the amount of such bonds or undertakings has been fixed by a judge or by a Court rule or statute; (c) Consent orders dismissing an action, except in cases to which Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(e) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 66 apply; (d) Orders canceling liability on bonds other than orders disbursing funds from the Clerk’s Registry Account; and (e) Consent orders regarding extensions of time for filing responses, supporting documents and briefs filed pursuant to Civil L. R. 7 for not more than 14 days. XI. GENERAL PROVISIONS [Reserved] XII.
