All Criminal Justice Act (CJA) vouchers shall be submitted within 45 days after a case is dismissed or after a defendant is sentenced. Any voucher submitted beyond 45 days after the case is dismissed or after a defendant is sentenced shall be accompanied by a letter demonstrating good cause why the voucher should be paid.
