(a) Payroll Deductions. In every case filed in Chapter 13, the Court may enter an order requiring any entity from whom the debtor receives income to pay as much of that income to the Chapter 13 Trustee as is necessary to fund the plan. (b) Suspension of Chapter 13 Plan Payments. The Chapter 13 Trustee shall have the authority to grant a debtor a reasonable moratorium in Chapter 13 payments for a period not to exceed 60 days.

This moratorium shall be granted without notice, but the grounds for the moratorium shall be noted in the Trustee's records. 20 Back to TOC PART IV.
