The case number provided in every pleading filed with the Court shall be in the following format: 0:12-bk-34567-ABC The first digit preceding the colon corresponds to the filing division. The year the case was filed follows the colon. Next, either “bk” for a bankruptcy case or “ap” for an adversary proceeding follows the hyphen. Next, the case number follows the hyphen.

The assigned judge’s initials follow the last hyphen and complete the case number.
