FILING PROOF OF CLAIM IN CHAPTER 11 REORGANIZATION (a) Unless the court orders otherwise, a proof of claim in a chapter 11 case must be filed within ninety (90) days after the date first set for the meeting of creditors under 11 U.S.C. § 341(a). The notice setting the date for the first meeting of creditors also must provide a bar date for filing claims. (b) In a case under subchapter V of chapter 11, a proof of claim must be filed not later than seventy (70) days after the order of relief.
