CALENDARS AND SCHEDULING

(a) Obtaining Return Date. Prior to serving a motion or application, the moving party or applicant shall obtain a return date from the Court’s Website, if appropriate, or from the Judge’s courtroom deputy or chambers. (b) Adjournments Without Date. Any matter adjourned without date and not restored to the calendar within 60 days may be deemed withdrawn without prejudice.
