In any civil proceeding, a cashier’s check may be deposited with the Clerk in lieu of any bond or undertaking requiring a personal or corporate surety. Such deposit shall be subject to all of the provisions of the F.R.Civ.P. applicable to bonds and undertakings. F.R.Civ.P. 65.1. PROCEEDINGS AGAINST A SECURITY PROVIDER F.R.Civ.P. 66.
