Upon completion of the obligations of the defendant, the Court shall order the bond exonerated and the Clerk shall return any monies deposited with the Court to the person or persons making such deposit. No assignment of any monies deposited with the Court shall be recognized, unless filed with the Clerk within ten (10) days of the making thereof. If a deed of trust has been recorded, the Clerk shall deliver a Full Reconveyance upon exoneration.
