Bankruptcy Cases

Reference to Bankruptcy Court. All cases under Title 11 of the United States Code, and all proceedings arising under Title 11, or arising in, or related to, a case under Title 11, are referred to the bankruptcy court of this District pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157. In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 157(e), the Board of Judges has specifically designated the United States Bankruptcy Court Judges of this District to conduct jury trials in all proceedings commenced in cases filed under Title 11 of the United States Code where the right to a jury trial applies and where all the parties have expressly consented thereto.
