Conduct Jury Trials As allowed by 28 U.S.C. § 157(e), bankruptcy judges may, with the express consent of all parties, conduct jury trials in cases for which the law provides a right to a jury trial. Bankruptcy judges conducting jury trials under this rule may use the court's pool of prospective jurors. 48
