Contemporaneously with the first filing in a case or proceeding, an attorney representing any party-in-interest shall file a Notice of Appearance, except that an attorney who has signed the original complaint, petition or notice of removal is not required to file a Notice of Appearance. The Notice of Appearance must include the attorney’s name, mailing address, phone number and email address. An attorney requesting a change of address must accomplish an address change by contacting the PACER Service Center.
