(a) Standards for Professional Conduct. Attorneys admitted to practice in this Court shall be bound by the ethical standards of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct adopted by the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio, so far as they are not inconsistent with federal law. (b) Professional Conduct and Attorney Discipline. Professional conduct and attorney discipline shall be governed by Local Civil Rule 83.7.

Note: The language in former section (c) has been deleted as duplicative of 11 U.S.C. § 105. This deletion does not affect the Court’s inherent powers or powers under 11 U.S.C. § 105 to sanction any attorney or party.
